Refund policy
OPS Studio — Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@opsstudio.gr. Please note that returns must be sent to: OPS Studio, Papadopoulou 52, 180 20 Poros Island, Greece. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping is your own responsibility and at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions — non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned: custom or personalised items, personal care goods, and sale items or gift cards. If you have a question about a specific item, get in touch before purchasing.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it following the process above and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition — unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging — and you'll need proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are at your own expense and are not covered by OPS Studio.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process it. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at info@opsstudio.gr.
