Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders are not processed on Greek public holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We ship from Poros Island, Greece. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Customs, duties and taxes
OPS Studio is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over customs processing times, which may affect delivery estimates.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information and contact your local postal service. If you still need help, reach out to us at info@opsstudio.gr and we'll do our best to assist.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
